Alice B. (Voisin) O'Brien, of Brooklyn, C.T. passed away peacefully on November 12, 2023 at the age of 78.
She was the beloved wife of the late Roger H. O'Brien. Born in Pawtucket on November 11, 1945, she was the only child of Louis and Diana (Vandale) Voisin. She is survived by her two children Kevin M. O'Brien and his wife Linda of S.C. and Diane O. Auty and her husband Robert of C.T. with whom she lived. Five grandchildren the late Roger H. O'Brien 2; Daniel Roger Auty; Michael Paul Hartley Auty; Cecilia Jean Auty and Justin Salisbury. As well as her beloved in-law's whom she considered brothers and sisters, Jocelyn O'Brien; Claudia O'Brien; Kathy O'Brien; Kathleen O'Brien and Gary O'Brien along with several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother-in-law's Lawrence O'Brien and Byron O'Brien and mother-in-law Mrs. Cecile O'Brien.
Alice was a manager for McDonalds for many years and Nurses Aid for both Cartie's Nursing Home and Manchester Manor Assisted Living Facility until her retirement. Alice loved all things shiny especially the entire Christmas Season. She could watch hours apon hours of nonstop Christmas Specials. She was a book enthusiast who loved biographies, Vietnam, The Kennedy's and all books about animals. Alice loved music with the 50's and Elvis being her favorites. She had a beautiful heart and cared deeply for her family and friends, she enjoyed a full life but longed to be reunited with her beloved husband Roger.
Calling hours and flowers are respectfully omitted. Burial in Notre Dame Cemetery will be private.
