Carmen L. Vargas, 76 passed away peacefully at home Friday April 25, 2025.

Born on April 30, 1948, in Cotui, Dominican Republic, she was the daughter of the late Ramon Vargas and Altagracia Aquino.

Carmen is survived by her husband Rufino Garcia and her two sons Martin and Alexy Garcia, one grandson, eight brothers, sister and many friends who will miss her dearly
