Delo Leonard Davis, Sr. was a loving father, devoted companion, and a man whose presence brought warmth and strength to everyone who knew him. He was especially cherished by his beloved son, Delo Leonard Davis, Jr. (“Baby Delu”). Whenever Delo spoke of his son, his face would light up with a radiant smile that could last for hours—a true reflection of the deep love he carried in his heart.
Delo had a profound love for his family and took great pride in being there for those he cared about. He shared a strong and meaningful bond with his companion, Miosotis Parra, with whom he built a life grounded in love and partnership.
Known for his creativity and skill, Delo loved to cook and had a natural talent for building and fixing things. He was truly everyone’s handyman—someone you could always count on. When you needed him, he was just a phone call away, always ready to lend a helping hand without hesitation.
He is preceded in death by his loving parents, Ruth Yvonne Davis and Richard M. Randall.
Delo leaves behind to cherish his memory his son, Delo Leonard Davis, Jr.; his beloved companion, Miosotis Parra; his brothers, Lawrence Runes and wife, Frederick Davis and wife, Davon Davis and wife, and Dion Davis and wife; along with many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews who will forever hold him in their hearts.
Delo will be remembered for his kindness, his reliability, his creativity, and the love he so freely gave to those around him. His legacy lives on through his family and all the lives he touched.
