Erica J. House – A Smile You Could Never Forget 

It is with heavy hearts that we share the sudden and unexpected passing of our beloved mother, sister, niece, cousin, and friend on February 9, 2025, at the young age of 36.

Erica was predeceased by her beloved grandmother Florence Smith and her cherished mother Angelique Braxton. She leaves behind her two precious daughters, Dahajah Sekator (18) and Ziajah Ford (14) who were her world. She is also survived by her brother, Haywood House (35) and sister, Bianca Perry (33) who will forever carry her memory in their hearts.

Erica was a vibrant soul who with a huge heart, an infectious smile, and a laugh that could light up any room. She had a unique ability to make everyone feel seen and loved, and her warmth and humor were a constant source of joy to those around her.

She was funny, loving, and genuine, always bringing light to any situation. She was never afraid to speak her mind and held nothing back in her pursuit of being true to herself and others. It was impossible not to love her—her spirit was contagious, and she made a lasting impact on everyone fortunate enough to know her.

The Repass is following the service at 5pm.
