Luis Cepeda, 50, passed away on November 26, 2025, in Providence, Rhode Island. Born on January 30, 1975, in New Haven, Connecticut, he lived a life marked by deep devotion to his family and an unwavering commitment to the happiness of those around him.

Luis was the beloved husband of Ashley Pereira and a devoted father to Isabella Cepeda and Elijah Cepeda. His love for his children was evident in everything he did—he always made sure they were happy, placing their well-being and joy at the center of his world.

He was the cherished son of Pascascio Cepeda and Mariam Rivera-Cepeda, both of whom preceded him in death. Their memory lived on through Luis’s values and the care he extended to his own family.
