Michael P. Dumont, Sr.

Michael P. Dumont, Sr., 72, of Central Falls, died August 9, 2025.  He was the husband of the late Gloria L. (Hands) Dumont.  Born in Central Falls, he was the son of the late Raymond W. Dumont and Anita E. (Marchand) Dumont.

Michael was employed as a carpenter in the construction industry.  He proudly served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.

He leaves his loving children, Nicole E. Dumont of Providence, Grace M. Dumont of Florida, and Michael P. Dumont, Jr. of Pawtucket.  Cherished grandfather of Nevaeh R. Dumont of Pawtucket and Olivia R. DiIorio of Pawtucket.

His Committal Service with Military Honors will be held Tuesday, January 6, 2025 at 12:30 PM in the Chapel of the RI Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 301 South County Trail, Exeter.  Relatives & friends are invited and asked to meet at the administration building parking lot at 12:15 PM prior.
