Pasquale F. Bianchi, 62, of Pawtucket, died peacefully surrounded by his loved ones on October 18, 2023 at Rhode Island Hospital. He was the loving husband of Susan M. (Chapman) Bianchi. Born in Fall River, MA, he was a son of the late Charles F. Bianchi, Sr. and Ethel (Rebello) Bianchi. He was lovingly raised by his Aunt “Mama Lou” Louise Bianchi Carvalho.
Mr. Bianchi was employed as a warehouse worker with Yankee Supply, Kondine Foods, and as a baker with Gold Medal Bakery and Shaw’s Market. He proudly served in the U.S. Army.
He loved camping with his family and fishing with his son Brian at Watuppa Ponds in Westport, MA. He was an avid Patriots, Celtics, Red Sox, and Bruins Fan. No matter which team was playing, he was always on a play-by-play call throughout the entire game with Tom and Joe. He loved his Shih Tzu “Bella” who stayed by his side for many years.
In addition to his wife, he leaves his loving children, Breanna Bianchi of East Providence, Sara Bianchi of Swansea, Kaylee Butler of East Providence, and Brian Butler of Tiverton. He was the cherished “Grumps” of Adam Butler-Selim, Zainab “Zizi” Butler-Selim, Nadia Butler-Selim, and Ramy Butler-Selim. He was the brother of Clement Bianchi of Warren, Joseph Carvalho of Westport, Thomas Carvalho Jr of Westport, Kenneth Carvalho of Smithtown, NY, Cathy Richard of Westport, Robin Hurley of Westport, of the late Charles F. Bianchi, Jr. Nieces, nephews and cousins.
His Service of Remembrance & Thanksgiving will be celebrated Saturday, November 4, 2023 at 1:00 P.M. in the DARLINGTON MORTUARY of L. HEROUX & SON, 1042 Newport Avenue, Pawtucket, RI. All are welcome to attend and encouraged to wear his favorite sport's team's attire. Burial will be private. Calling hours are respectfully omitted.
