Pauline T. St. Pierre, 88, passed away peacefully on July 15, 2026, just days after celebrating her birthday. Born on July 9, 1938, Pauline lived a life defined by hard work, devotion to her family, and the simple joys that brought her happiness.
A dedicated and determined woman, Pauline worked throughout her life until retiring at the age of 70. As a single mother, she raised her children with unwavering strength, resilience, and unconditional love, providing them with the values and support that shaped their lives.
Pauline found joy in many of life's pleasures. She loved playing bingo, enjoyed the occasional trip to the casino, and was a devoted Boston Red Sox fan. Frank Sinatra's music was always among her favorites, and his timeless songs brought her great enjoyment. In her younger years, she spent many happy hours quahogging and clamming, creating memories that reflected her love of the outdoors and Rhode Island traditions.
Above all else, Pauline treasured her family. Her greatest joy was her beloved grandson, Andrew, who held a very special place in her heart. She will be remembered for her strength, her perseverance, and the deep love she had for those closest to her.
She is survived by her son, Gerard V. St. Pierre and his wife, Jeanelle, of Lincoln; her daughter, Sheila S. Buteau, of New Mexico; her cherished grandson, Andrew St. Pierre, of Taunton; and her sister, Irene Furtado, and her husband, John, of South Attleboro.
She was predeceased by her siblings, Delores Beland, Doris Bombardier, Joan Scott, and Leo Beland, Jr.
Pauline's family will remember her with love and gratitude for the sacrifices she made, the example she set, and the countless memories she leaves behind. She will be deeply missed and forever held in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
