On July 23, 2025, Ronald "Ronnie" Wright passed away peacefully in his sleep at the age of 78, at his home.
Born in Columbus, Ohio, Ronald dedicated his life to service, family, and faith. A proud Vietnam War veteran and recipient of the Purple Heart, he served his country with honor and courage. Before his military service, Ronald married Barbara Wright in Rhode Island, and together they had two daughters.
In his later years, Ronald found deep fulfilment in reuniting and nurturing his family. He was a devoted grandfather who took great joy in caring for his home and his beloved animals. Known for his deep faith, Ronald often spoke of Jesus and his hope of one day sitting at the right hand of the father.
He will be lovingly remembered by his two daughters, seven grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren, as well as many close friends and extended family. Ronald's legacy of love, strength, and unwavering faith will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
Inurnment is scheduled for August 9, 2025, at 11:00am.
